Many historical and cultural attractions of Rome are easily reached from the apartment. In 5 minutes (2 train stops) guests can reach St. Peter’s, in 15 minutes Piazza di Spagna and Trevi Fountain. For the Pantheon it takes 20 minutes.
At about 50 meters there are many restaurants and bars.
There is a supermarket 60 meters away. The apartment is a 40-minute drive from the airport.

For every extra adult there is an additional charge of 15,00 Euro per day.

If the customer cancels:
Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely refunded.
Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.

Right outside the train station
Love this place, was perfect for what we needed, a little home away from home. Right outside the train station making it so easy to get everywhere. Nice little cafe and shop round the corner for breakfast before you head out. Also that shower! After trekking around in the heat all day that shower was so good. Guiseppe thank you for being so helpful. Grazie!

The Jacuzzi tub
Really awesome place that has a really sweet scenic bike path in front of it which is perfect because the two available bikes that come with the apartment. The Jacuzzi tub was an awesome way to spend the night after a long day of walking. The host was very accommodating and gave since really good itinerary for what to do on a 3 day trip which included timelines and information on certain locations. Great place!

The bed is super confy
Very modern and ultra clean, much more nicer than what we expected. The bed is super confy. Very convenient, the first day we walked about 25 minutes to vatican city just to get ackquented to the neighborhood, the rest of the days we took the bus which is just steps away from your door. The metro is also just steps away Transportstion to go everywhere around Roma is very easy once you know the routes. Giuseppe was very helpful and responded to our questions within minutes. I recommend this place to anyone, you won't be dissapointed.
