Longhi Holidays House is an apartment that is located in Rome, a few minutes walk from the Vatican City and St. Peter’s Basilica.The metro station “Baldo degli Ubaldi” can be reached on foot in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can find: shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pizzerias, Mc Donalds etc.. The area is quietday and night.

This beautiful apartment has been recently renovated and offers a quiet and comfortable stay in a great location, a short walk from the historic center. In the area there are many public transport (bus, metro, taxis and trains), underground, “Baldo degli Ubaldii” is only 500m from the house.

Termini Station, the main hub of the city can be easily reached either by metro or bus.

The above mentioned prices are based on 1 or 2 people sharing per day.

For every extra adult there is an additional charge of 15,00 Euro per day.

The price include:

Bed linen and towels will be changed once a week.

The apartament are cleaned once a week

The price does not include:
€ 3.50 per day per person for the tourist city tax, be paid at check-in in cash

€ 39.00 for final cleaning, be paid at check-in in cash

Normally the check-in time is after 2pm hours

Normally the check-out time is before 11am hours

In some cases these times are flexible 

For check-in after 10pm there is a surcharge of € 30.00

For check-in after midnight there is a surcharge of € 50.00

Cancellation Policy:

If the customer cancels:

Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely refunded.

Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival  will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.
