Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely refunded.
Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.

Large Apartment
A fantastic large apartment and just as described on Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay, the subway is very close, to get around the city. Giuseppe was very helpful and communicated well to check in and out.

Well furnished
Very spacious and well furnished apartment located in the Appio San Giovanni district. Very convenient for getting around the city as the metro station is just 200 meters away. A great place for pizza, a couple of cafes and a supermarket were a 5 minute walk away. Check-in and communication with Giuseppe are quite efficient. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I return to Rome.

Very clean and modern
Excellent apartment, very clean and modern. The facilities were great and much more than we expected. Giuseppe was really helpful and was always ready to answer. We found it difficult to book a taxi to the airport, so Giuseppe booked this for us and was ready and waiting when we left the apartment. The location is quite close to the Basilica of San Giovanni, and to the city center. The metro is right outside the apartment at 200 meters which can take you downtown. Really delicious apartment and fantastic landlord!
