High Design is an apartment, is located in Rome, a few minutes walk from the Colosseum and Trajan’s Market. Nearby attractions also include Roman Forum and Quirinal. The metro station B “Cavour” is within walking distance (300 meters). In the district there are: shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pizzerias, etc. The area is quiet day and night.
The apartment is very bright, is located on the fifth floor without elevator .
This lovely apartment has been recently renovated and offers a quiet and comfortable stay in the city center. The area is full of shops, restaurants, cafes and theaters, and is well connected by bus, metro, taxis and trains, with the whole city. The metro station “Cavour” is only 300 m from the house.
The Stazione Termini, the main hub of the city, can be easily reached on foot or by bus.

Cancellation Policy:
If the customer cancels:
Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely reimbursed, except for € 50 (handling fee).
Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be reimbursed.
In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival a client will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.

Apartment felt safe and secure
Great apartment, location and host! A 15 minute walk from the main train station. Apartment felt safe and secure. I was also sent a 3 day itinerary for my stay in Rome which was incredibly helpful!

Flat was excellent
Giuseppe's flat was an excellent spot to stay in Rome! It's exactly as advertised! The best part was the location! A moments walk from the train station, it makes getting around a breeze, and is central enough that you can visit the Colosseum and Forum in a 10-15 minute walk through the park which we did each day! Seeing the Colosseum lit up at night without the crowds around was excellent. The flat came fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The bathroom was clean, and our entire time there was very comfortable! Giuseppe met us when we first arrived at the flat to explain some details about Rome, travel around the city, and give us the keys. He was professional and very friendly. A fantastic host who made us feel very welcome! All in all, our stay in Rome was 5-stars and this flat was excellent. If it's available when we come back we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Location is good
We loved the apartment. Everything was comfortable, clean and well designed. Location is good (2 different metro stations in 500 m walking distance). Walking to Colosseum takes 10-15 min, to piazza Venezia about 20-25 min. Host was very responsive, replied to our questions and fixed all our issues promptly. I can recommend the host and the apartment. One thing you should consider booking this apartment. It is located on the 5th floor. If you have any problems with going high upstairs without an elevator or you have heavy luggage, or you plan to hop on\hop off more then few times a day - going to the 5th floor may be quite challenging. As for me it was a great exercise after eating so much pasta 🙂
