This pleasant apartment, of 35 sqm, on the 3rd floor, with lift, equipped with air conditioning, enjoys an excellent position in the heart of Rome, still inhabited by the Romans, just 20 minutes walk from the Roma Termini station. It is an ideal base from which to explore the charm of the city.
The apartment has a double bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Towels are provided and there is a bathroom with a shower. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine and a dining table with chairs.
Numerous historical and cultural attractions of Rome are easily reachable from the apartment. In 20 minutes by public transport, guests can reach Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain. The Pantheon is a 25-minute bus ride away.
San Lorenzo, Roman historical district, full of bars frequented by Pierpaolo Pasolini, Pietro Germi, literary artists and artists.
A wide range of restaurants and bars can be found in this lively district, many just 60 meters away. There is a supermarket 200 meters away. It is a 40-minute drive from the airport.

Absolutely gem
Absolutely gem of a spot. Public transportation is close, the major attractions are only 2 miles away, and there is a lot of fun nightlife (bars and late night food) very close. We will be staying here again!

The apartment is in an apartment complex with a lift, it’s near several cafes, restaurants, & bars. The area is near the university so you will find supermarkets & affordable options. I was able to sleep well on the comfortable bed & comforter. The AC worked and so heating at night. The wifi was strong & worked really well. The apartment if fit for purpose including a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, and dining table. There is also a washer but I found it takes a while to hang dry my clothes. The shower had steady hot water and good pressure. There’s also a hairdryer. The apartment is quiet so I had no issues with noise while I slept. This place was good value. It’s close to the tram and 20mins walk to Termini if you want to connect to FCO. The host was kind enough to meet me after 10pm & was responsive & accessible via Airbnb.

Very well placed
Perfectly clean, very well placed ( 5 min away from public transport), everything around ( food, drink etc...) this place is perfect(and the view also)! Incredibly soundproof, a very nice kitchen if you need it, everything was perfect. Giuseppe give us very good information and helped us ( he reacted very quickly ). I recommande this placed which is amazing!
