The above mentioned prices are based on 1 or 2 people sharing per day.

For every extra adult there is an additional charge of 15,00 Euro per day.

Bed linen and towels will be changed once a week.

Check in /check out condition:

Normally the check-in time is after 2pm hours

Normally the check-out time is before 11am hours

In some cases these times are flexible 

For check-in after 10pm there is a surcharge of € 30.00

For check-in after midnight there is a surcharge of € 50.00

Cancellation Policy:

If the customer cancels:

Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely refunded.

Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival  will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.
