This pleasant apartment with air conditioning enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Rome, just 100 meters from the Trevi Fountain. It is an ideal base from which to explore the charm of the city.
The apartment is on the 1st Floor with elevator. It has a double bedroom with possibility of an extra bed. A living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table and 5 chairs and a flat-screen TV. Both rooms boast exposed coffered ceilings with wooden beams. Towels are provided and there is a bathroom with a large shower. Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine.
Numerous historical and cultural attractions of Rome are easily reachable from the apartment. Trevi Fountain is around the corner 100 meters away. In 10 minutes walking you can reach Piazza di Spagna and the Pantheon In 15 minutes on foot you will be in Piazza Navona, Colosseum and Palatine Hill.

In 20 minutes on foot you will be at Termini Station. Metro Barberini stop is a 10-minute walk away
A wide range of restaurants and bars can be found in this lively district, many just 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 100 meters away. It is a 40-minute drive from the airport.

For every extra adult there is an additional charge of 15,00 Euro per day.

Normally the check-in time is after 2pm hours

For check-in after 10pm there is a surcharge of € 30.00

For check-in after midnight there is a surcharge of € 50.00

Cancellation Policy:

If the customer cancels:

Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely refunded.

Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival  will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.
