Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely refunded.
Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.

The "real" people from Rome live
We had a really good time at Re di Roma apartment. It is very well communicated with the city center by metro, and even walking wouldn´t take longer than 1 hour. The apartment is placed in a quiet neighborhood, which was great after spending the whole day in the city center. It also gave us a view on how the "real" people from Rome live. Overall I would say it was a pleasant experience

Really enjoyed our stay at Guiseppe's. The flat is a really good size and has everything you need. Guiseppe was there to welcome us as we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful apartment
Guiseppe's place was great! Beautiful apartment, super spacious, and clean. The neighborhood is authentic away from the tourist areas. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro stop making it super convenient, but definitely not in walking distance to most tourist attractions. Great location to get a good sense of Italian life, explore neighborhoods and find great restaurants!
