The apartment has simple décor and ethnic style. Towels are provided. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoor but in absolute privacy. You can entertain yourselves until late at night drinking excellent Italian wine.

Many historical and cultural attractions of Rome are easily reached from the apartment.

You can reach the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and all main attractions of Rome.

At about 200 meters there are many restaurants and bars.

There is a supermarket 350 meters away. The apartment is a 40-minute drive from the airport.

The above mentioned prices are based on 1 or 2 people sharing per day.

For every extra adult there is an additional charge of 15,00 Euro per day.

The price include:

Bed linen and towels will be changed once a week.

Check in /check out condition:

Normally the check-in time is after 2pm hours

Normally the check-out time is before 11am hours

In some cases these times are flexible 

For check-in after 10pm there is a surcharge of € 30.00

For check-in after midnight there is a surcharge of € 50.00

Cancellation Policy:

If the customer cancels:

Within 30 days before the arrival the down payment will be completely refunded.

Within 7 days and less than 30 days before the arrival the down payment will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival  will be charged the whole cost of the reservation.
